To ensure a pleasant experience we suggest the following:

1. John Pietras has trusted us with his/her conference need so we ask you to trust us as well.
2. If you download this file via Internet Explorer then simply click RUN when prompted. You do not need to save the program to your computer. Once you click RUN you will get a Microsoft security warning. Simply click RUN, again. We are waiting for our certificate to clear through Microsoft.
3. Vista users may have to SAVE the file to their computer. Please save it to a folder and NOT to your desktop. Once saved you may have to right click on the link and choose "run as administrator". It's because of Vista's new security features.
4. If you download this file via FireFox then you will have to click SAVE. We suggest NOT saving it to your desktop. Choose a folder, like My Documents. Once saved simply click OPEN.
5. Once downloaded we suggest you reboot your computer so you can start with a fresh computer.
6. In some cases firewalls will prevent downloading of exe files such as conferencing software. If you encounter this challenge we suggest you simply disable your firewall to allow you to attend the meeting. Following the meeting you may contact us so we can help you configure your firewall to recognize our software.

Please note: John Pietras may have password protected the conference room. You will need to obtain the password from this person if this is the case. You can do this by using the contact form on this page. Only John Pietras will receive your email request.
